excellent pose verna! a very stong portrait! every time i come to your site, i keep learning....thanks!!
-
excellent! i agree with david, the mysterious gothic feel is portrayed very well here. good choice of colors!
-
i like this one better, andy. but i do miss the stars in the sky. nice composition & color.
-
it's just photoshop, verna. i really have a lot of fun with this program. i haven't used any others:suggestions?
-
verna, i just love your portraiture. this is very unique and the subject was captured well. i was just wondering if that was a sunflare in the upper right hand corner. that area and the area where his shoulder is under his left eye are the only areas i find distracting. could they have been burned out? otherwise, very nice compostition.

absolutely wonderful!
-
quite creative and beautiful. i really like the coloring!
-
chris, this is an awewsome pic! well, the whole darn folder is great as a matter of fact! i do love the subtle colors scattered here and there.
-
very, very nice ps work!!
-
a very interesting perspective! i applaud your originality!
-
incredibly beautiful! i like your choice of placing the subject in the frame and stepping to the side so that all trees are within view and not one behind the other.
-
a beautiful, soft portrait...
-
yes, philippe, i agree...

i learn so much from this site where photographers teach and share their skills and opinions. here is a pure b&w: what do u think?
-
if the effect is a nightmare, then i have accomplished what i set out to portray artistically. as the title implies "children who are afraid"; fear has been displayed.

scott, i really enjoy your work. this is eye catching because of the vivid reds and simplicity. it's not very original, as we see many pics of doors & windows. but, just because its not very original does not mean its not good: it is! the clarity and composition make an impact. personally, i, too, would prefer the top either cropped or cloned to remove the upper right distraction. but, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and art is all about interpretation/opinion (and it is your pic)!

not only cleaver, but composed and executed very well. i really like this one too!
-
this is a wonderful shot! the feeling at this home has been captured nicely! good work!
-
great idea! i wish the shadows were not so heavy/contrasting. nice colors!
-
nice angles. i like following this in toward the point. i also think the gray sky added to the steele-gray of the train to help set the tone for this pic.
-
this is one of the most beautiful portraits i have seen. superb!
-
in photography, in art, everyone has an opinion. mine is, this one is executed very well.
-
i really enjoy your use of lighting. it truely has turned this into a beautiful photograph.

Your picture is stunning! I see you have done a lot of work with this image and your product is original and beautiful! I think the red sky alters the reality of the setting and adds a touch of surrealisim & mystery; therefore, heightening the sensation of the "mission".
Evening light over inlet. Second version. Trying to get the saturation to match between Photoshop and phot.net.
