i have searched the archives and none specifically answers my

question. i am sure this knowledgeable group will supply me with the

right advice. i have a pentax 6x7ll with the longest lens at this

time being 200mm. i have manfrotto/bogen #3221 legs and a gitzo

g1375m head. will this give me the proper stability needed for the

huge mirror slap? if not, which head will do? also, can anyone

suggest any plates to give additional plates and are they needed?
