Ok I know this sounds crazy. I have my old Canon 5D mk2. It’s in poor condition and high miles on it. It’s not worth much anymore these days and not worth selling. I have this ideal of removing all the black paint on the camera and leaving it bare to the magnesium shell. Iv seen the complete tear down of the camera on YouTube and seems pretty straight forward. is this possible and what’s the best solution or solvents to use to removing the paint?
