Recent trade experience with Jack Gold and Adorama is/was terrible. Likely to never do business with them again. Sent in my Nikon D500, never received a call regarding its value (I had to call), significantly low balled on the price and offered "more bang for my buck" by accepting gear rather than a check, I agreed to consider gear. Gear offered was offered as NEW, Adorama and Jack sent a quote to me to confirm our conversation, gear has arrived at my home and it's USED/OpenBox gear. I'm asking for the new gear I was quoted OR a return of my camera. Bad business if you ask me right now. Anyone else with a similar experience with Jack Gold and Adorama? Needing some help I believe, not getting any calls and no emails from Customer Services.
