portraits Rock Star Bernice

I would appreciate your comments on this image. It was one of my first

studio sessions using my newly acquired D700.

Pretty cool, Brendan.

But, one thing that will transform this image into a real 'rock chick' portrait is attitude...there is not enough of it here. Her expression is too 'so so'.

Direct/encourage the model so that she IS a rock star in her head... her expression will be the more intense because of it.

Thanks for the comment - I agree with your point. There were some of the other images from the shoot that oozed more attitude, but I just liked the composition of this one and so it has stuck in my mind.
