mark_q 0 Posted July 15, 2009 A fancy resort for a neo-romantic trip? Care to share your thoughts? Thanks for your time. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted July 15, 2009 I think you have a gift for finding angles. The little caresses of light in the corners add considerably. Link to comment
sakke 0 Posted July 16, 2009 This is like a series of sails heading to go around the `sea sign´ SP-1EG is the number of the boat. Sehr gut. Link to comment

mark_q 0 Posted July 20, 2009 Thank you for your supportive comments. I have admit being quite enthusiastic to present this photo, maybe a little too early. As more careful evaluation I did some further editing and would love to hear your opinion. Link to comment
mcclure 0 Posted July 26, 2009 The second version would be my choice. I like the way you flatten the background and added contrast to compress the depth the the middle ground. Neo-Romantic -- great fun : ) Link to comment
mark_q 0 Posted July 27, 2009 On the second version I added some edge burning along left and right edge and with masking applied blue photo filter on the three "windows" with background wall in order to increase color contrast vs the warm spots illuminated by setting sun. Flattening effect on backgound caused by the option letting photo filter affect luminosity levels. Nice to know my editing wasn't for nothing ;-) Thanks for expressing your opinion and view on this one, John. Link to comment
