I've made it more pastel and soft; the "original" is one click to the

left (in quotation marks as it was adjusted quite a bit too ;)

 

They are different for sure, but would you say that I've improved this

Certainly this version approaches what you would expect if it was in B&W, more attention to form. The "original" is probably more realistic and each has some interest. I like the lighting and the concentration in her expression. Both are nicely made.
