trisha jean-angela 5 Posted October 3, 2010 What a lovely image you have captured here of this charming scene! Are those the remains of an old castle on the hill in the background? I just love your images you share with us! Thank you for sharing this one. :) Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted October 3, 2010 I'm really pleased you liked this one Trisha, it remains one of my favourites because the location is just a dream of a place. The little structure in the background is a look out post, used in the Second World War.Cheers TrishaAlf Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted October 25, 2010 hi Alf... the 2 deep blue doors really frame the house and the purple flowers in the foreground as well. i am a huge fan of clouds in photos and these add to the mood of the shot... very lush nice moment here ... take care Alf ... samme Link to comment

jim_air 0 Posted November 25, 2013 The vantage point is just so perfect, it is a good lesson for me in how to get the right angle. Really like the almost austere feeling, which may be somewhat due to my Scottish upbringing. The balance of the lookout post on the hill gives just the right amount of balance and a hint of mystery.Best regardsJim PS - really like the background history details you give ! Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted November 25, 2013 This must have been amongst the first images I posted on PN and its good to know it still holds some appeal. This little house is located on the remote part of the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. Many Thanks for your thoughts and kind words Jim. Best Regards Alf Link to comment
