Wonderful tack sharp action shot. I feel like the bird is pulling me into the picture as it is pulling on the dead plant. The interesting bit of debris in front of the log adds a touch of the unexpected in color and line. The background color really highlights the bird's color. The only thing I would have done would have been to clone out that little bit of blurred grass between the bird's legs; it's a small detraction from the overall composition.
