triskelphotography 1 Posted February 23, 2009 What a great catch! You have done a great job of getting a nice crisp image of this subject. Have you considered cropping some off the top to bring him out of the middle a bit? I think it might work well. You captured the perfect moment. Great Eye! Link to comment

steveshinn 0 Posted February 23, 2009 Nice catch, good detail. So you rushed the PS, it's still a fine shot. The green beak would have been great for a St. Pats day presentation....:) Link to comment
leroy laverman 0 Posted February 23, 2009 Nice capture Monte. You must have been quite close to get this with the 70-200mm lens. Was this baited or natural? No judgments, just curious. Link to comment
knobby6 1 Posted February 24, 2009 Leroy, I used the 500 mm, I just checked the wrong box. Its not baited, he dropped out of the tree on gopher hole and actually took him about 4 tries to pull gopher out of the hole. Very small gopher, I thought it was a mouse at first. Link to comment
dandem 1 Posted February 24, 2009 Another mind-blowing shot, Sir Monte. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week, my friend. Regards, LAwrence. Link to comment
