godfather 0 Posted September 13, 2008 Like it. I like this a bit more than the other street shot you just posted. This is more simplified and get's my attention immediately. Like the title. Link to comment
onlocation 0 Posted September 13, 2008 Hi Liz, I agree with Tero..I prefer this.......The subjects are stronger, a variety of tones and its a more interesting composition. (Warning 'Street photography' can be addictive! ) Enjoy Link to comment
lizweisiger 0 Posted September 13, 2008 Jef, Tero and Andrew, thanks so much for taking the time to comment. I love this genre, I need a lot of help to make it work for me. Link to comment

giuseppe_pasquali 0 Posted September 13, 2008 I like this one more than the other. I would be curious to see the original, because I see you have chosen a square format in post production. Thank you, Giuseppe Link to comment
lizweisiger 0 Posted September 14, 2008 Guiseppe, I cropped and cropped. There was a lot of "stuff" in the scene which I felt were distractions. I apologize, but I cannot manage to upload the original here for you to see. Many thanks for taking the time to comment. It helps me so much. Link to comment
vicenteconcha 8 Posted September 16, 2008 The urban photography requires great sensitivity, to get a particular image of the everyday. Congratulations. Vicente. Link to comment

william_griffin1 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Hi Liz Love all of your street series, something I have been wanting to do myself, trying to get away from the barns a little, been stepping in too much cow crap lately. b/w is the right choice here really adds to the effect of the street pics.Nice work here on the whole series , you given me inspiration to head downtown. lizweisiger 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Thank you for stopping by, Bill. I got my inspiration for this genre from viewing others' works, and I found that I probably understand people better than flowers, landscapes etc. Anyway, I can see what I want to capture, I just need to study how.
