aepelbacher 0 Posted March 10, 2008 Is this a better reflection shot than the previous one that got a certain amount of discussion about the crop/placement? Any other input? Link to comment
LindaM 2 Posted March 10, 2008 i like this crop better than the other of the reflections. the warmth of those lights under the seats is really lovely. the reflections in the water seem like souls. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted March 11, 2008 I like this one better, too. It seems calmer and more balanced to me. A more peaceful scene. Link to comment
dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted March 11, 2008 The light and the reflections of the light make this a stronger version in my mind. Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted March 11, 2008 Ditto to all the above comments... This version is especially well done and caught my attention immediately. Not to take anything away from the image, but I'd be tempted to clone the little mushrooms/golf balls or whatever there in the center. Great shot! Mike Edit: System wouldn't allow a 6/7, so I had to go with a 6/6. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted March 11, 2008 Thanks, all! You're right, Michael! I missed them. I've been cloning them out in all of the rest of these shots. Can't believe I missed in this one. Oh, well... :-) Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted March 11, 2008 Okay, having seen the lot; this and the 'weeping Christ' are the best-o-the-bunch; by far! This is sweet; and Mike's right, once the 'golf balls' are gone, I wouldn't touch a thing. Nice work! So, how's the weather up there, Lou Ann? Ha, ha! It is probably about 80 today, and quite lovely outside. The wildflower bloom is gettin' cranked up in a big way over here in SoCal! Cheers! Chris Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted March 18, 2008 Nice lighting and reflection! I might like having a bit more tree canopy in the rear, but can't be sure having not see it yet. I'll look at other images to see if there is more in them. Link to comment
whydangle 0 Posted August 6, 2008 Congrats Lou Ann on getting this to the front page of P.N. It is certainly deserving, a truly wonderful image. See ya round! Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted August 6, 2008 Thanks, Mark - I wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out (my PN bookmark goes to my workspace....) :-D Such fun! Link to comment
