Lovely, soft tones here. So nice to see restraint in the saturation and contrast (ahem, note to self...).

Every once in a awhile, you see an image that you with you could have taken. For me this is it.

You really ought to include a note to view this larger; it is worth it! Terrific composition; but as you already know, it is the light that makes this sing! I love the nearly seamless merge of the snowscape to the skyscape; and there's a particular harmony between the squat tree and the old house. Well seen and captured, my friend. Cheers! Chris

Magic light. It reminds me of the end of the day. Pictures like these make me think of what may have been here once. From the viewer's standpoint, I'm walking home through the snow & can't wait to get my boots off & warm up near the fire. This is a beauty.

Didn't visit your portfolio for a while but i should have done it earlier. Lots of good new stuff, but my fav is this "turn out the lights" series, fantastic soft, sweet light here.
