alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted December 12, 2007 In addition to the excellent composition, POV, DOF, very effective B&W plus color, perfect crop and frame, you have a gentleman with a wonderful pose and facial expression whose very handsome face and very dignified dress invites one to look. Outstanding! Link to comment
loic brohard 0 Posted December 12, 2007 Many thanks Alberta for your nice comments. I am glad you like this shot as much as I do, as it does not seem to bring unanimity looking at the rating ;-) I find the street portrait a difficult exercise and not a so rewarded exercise under PN, as most of viewer tend not to differenciate a 'studio/pose' portrait (most likely to be aesthetics because agreed with the subject, with several shots to choose the best one) with a "stolen" and "instantaneous" cliche from the street. Cheers, Loic Link to comment
