Terrific POV, colors, DOF. Personally, I don't think you need the elbow. All of the elbow being visible gives me the impression that this child is going to fall and that distracts me. And that area is pretty black and IMO doesn't contribute. I might crop just below the window's right corner, losing some of the arm. Suggestion from an over-cautious Mom who cringes when kids climb and dangle from potentially dangerous places :)
