As I understand it this location and the proprietor was in Canadian Geographic (although I didn't learn that until after I took this). I just assumed that the open sign was someone's idea of a joke. But the store still hangs in there. I guess he still does some business in auto parts, convenience store items and girlie calenders. I never went in there but I guess it's like stepping into a time warp. Orion itself may be dead, but it is central enough to a lot of farms so there's a co-op and a Canada post location there as well.

Thanks for the information. It is an interesting story. I like the sky and the amount of it you gave to provide scale and space.

Worth the trip from the beaten path Clayton for this historic place, do they accept Mastercard as per the sign in the window? Cheers....Tye :O)
