Guest Guest Posted August 6, 2006 David I have chosen to respond to your respected comments on my image through one of yours. This is not just another shot it shows great depth of thought especially the way the road leads you in from the left and then dissapears into the mountains on the distant right. The grey scale level within this photo adds to the mood of the scene giving it a sense of calm and tranquility, i will once i have scanned my mountainering shots be interested in your thoughts, your portfolio of work is very stimulating and demands great thought & much respect. bosshogg 4 Posted August 6, 2006 Thank you very much. I was being kind of derogatory because much of my work is sparked by underlying thought with the intention of making ocmmentary (social, political, etc), but this was done for no other reason than that it was an exceptionally pretty scene. Original is in color, and is quite nice, but the black and white has a more classic appearance. But what I think is really amazing, and not worth much agonizing, is that 2 people rated this at 3/3. Now I can take the 3 on originality, but how do you get a 3 for aesthetics? Man I would love to ask those raters that. Link to comment

bosshogg 4 Posted December 18, 2006 Hey, come on. I thought we had a deal. You don't shoot people and I don't do "pretty" pictures. Link to comment
