Great concept and great shot. I find it rather depressing as the transperancy of the person waiting makes me feel like he has since died of whatever ailed him...

Thank you to all of you who praised this photo. It is actually a triptich. One is with the chair empty, this one with a half exposed person in it, and a third with the same guy fully exposed. This one is of course my favorite.

I just wanted to say I truly enjoy your photos, especially this one and the one of the ghost train. I tried yet again to rate your train photo a 7, but it just says rating insert failed, but HA, it let me rate this one! Love the photos, keep 'em coming!!

Thank you all for the kind comments. Being kind of an unknown, and not getting a lot of exposure, your compliments are greatly appreciated.

Denis, I'm glad you got here by way of the turtle or any other way. M'hammed I am grateful for your comment. Gustavo, it is a high honor to receive praise from you, as I have seen your work, and know it to be of the highest quality. Baerbel, your interpretation is as good as any, and I am thankful you took the time to create it. And to all of you, besides my thanks, I offer an apology for being somewhat tardy in acknowledging your wonderful comments.

David, this shot has been up since Febuary of 2006. the thing is,,,,, I have looked over your portfolio many many times, and I dont know how I have missed this amazing shot. But I only discovered it today. I love the double exposure. this one tells a great story. I think this is my most favorite of your work I have seen. I just cant belive I missed it all this time. I will have to pay closer attention so I dont miss other apparitions.

Great Stuff Boss.

This is the most popular of any of my posts. It's an early Meyer. I probably hadn't been doing photography for more than 3 years when I did this one. Ah, film. I remember the days.....
