nanette 0 Posted January 12, 2006 It would be intersting to be able to read one of the tombstones in this shot. Link to comment
sondra kick 0 Posted January 12, 2006 Nanette, I wanted the tombstones running diagonally across the image, sorry you can't read them. Link to comment

sarahunderhill 1 Posted January 14, 2006 Hi Sondra, Nice shot. I like the bridge in the back, it adds something to this picture. Well done. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted January 14, 2006 There is a special poignancy about miltary cemeteries. Maybe because so many died so young with their lives still to live. Maybe it is the precise and even ranks of simple headstones all the same except for the name and unit. You picked a good spot to emphasise the ranks and columns here. regards - Colin Link to comment

bosshogg 4 Posted May 28, 2006 I really like your rendition a great deal. One of my earliest, and most popular (have sold three or four) photos is very similar (see attached). Your angle is very nice, and the color has its qualities. In my rendition, I tried mightily to get as high up the hill as I could, to bring into view as much of the Golden Gate as I could. At any rate, I think yours is a wonderful photo. Link to comment
