I think the point is not the eyes, I feel this one as a special message because of the pose and the coins that means something to share with that we are reading. This picture has it own lenguaje and I trying to reading in my mind. Best regards

This I like a lot. A lot of story into this photo. This old man looks like he is full of memories that he is remembering in his head. Like your title also, can be understand into a couple of way depending on how you look at the photo. Very nice work, congrats.

I don't understand how aanyone could nitpick this photo. It is wonderful. Rich in tone, and magnificent subject matter. It makes no difference, but I am curious as to whether it was posed, or was simply happenstance.
