The grain is fine, but I would try to burn in the white area about the model's head. Right now, it is photographic white and it is really distracting. Which film did you use, may I ask?

Hi Victoria, it was shot on Fuji Neopan 1600. The film was rated normal @ EI 1600. Know nothing about the development process though: what developer, at what temperature and concentration, for how long, etc. -- this was done by a photolab.
