Non-typical for my style photography, however it is always a good idea to try something else. This is a photo of the graduation ceremony of my son. Something caught my eye when I was sitting in the dark of the huge hall. All critiques are most welcome

what a change from the type of photography that we are used to from you! Your photography skills clearly shine through in this picture too; in the multitude of typical graduation outfits, there is a guy who stands out because he's not wearing the hat. Your choice of B & W is a good one, as it enhances the message of the photo. The variation of a repetitious pattern is most convincing and makes for a masterful composition. High ISO didn't impact the sense of quality here, great shot, right into my favorites! Kind regards, Vincent

Good eye. A chaotic, disordered array of angled black squares and white curves. Brilliantly confusing to my brain. A perfect reminder of a special day.

Hello Antony. Thank you for your comment. It was, even more, chaotic. I spent quite a time cropping this image to create a more or less decent composition.
