Yukon tundra, Tombstone Territorial Park. We were late a week or two when we arrived at the tundra last fall. Red and purple colors almost gone, however, there were some spots with splashes of red.

Hi Evgeny,

 

the splash of red is very prominent in this photo. Compositionally, it is exactly in the right place, i.e. where you want your viewer's eye to wander off in the distance, past the impressive rocky peaks on the left. I very much like the earthy colors in this image and the impression of endlessness of this landscape. Kind regards, Vincent
