@Giangorgio & Vincent- Thanks both for your very kind comments. @Vincent, not much editing went into this. From the RAW file i enhanced the details and converted to Black and White with Nik filters. These filters give you a lot of subjective choice in how to render the colors in gray values. I prefer more dramatic and darker skies so I usually tone the Blues down to a darker value and it tends ti bring out the clouds. Also pretty slow shutter so the clouds softened up a bit too. And Vincent, love the reference to El Greco! Thanks.

Wonderful photo of a magical city. And it looks like it was taken from 'El Greco's view'.

@Tom - I think this view is called the Mirador Toledo and if that was where El Greco made it famous then I am sure it would have been El Greco's view.
