Jack McRitchie 150 Posted May 19, 2019 I wonder why I enjoy this photo so much. I think it has to do with the division of space and the understanding that you're looking in terms of composition wherever you go. The low line of clouds seem to be reclining and enjoying themselves fully as much as the beach goers. Link to comment

michaellinder 16,611 Posted May 24, 2019 Jack, Tatiana, Patrick, Laurent, Vlad, and Ken: Please accept this consolidated response to your comments, which mean a lot to me. - - Specifically, Jack, I really like your use of the phrase "composition wherever you go." To me, this confirms to my satisfaction that the image does its job. - - Tatiana, your mention that the image presents the opportunity to step into the scene the image captures. - - Patrick, Laurent, Vlad, and Ken: Just because I'm not referring to any of the specifics you mentioned doesn't mean that I appreciate them less. - - To all of you, my best always, michael Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted May 25, 2019 I really like this. There's a peacefulness to the shack and a sardine can madness among the sunbathers. Ease vs. a maddening crowd. One wonders what the guy at the shack is thinking. "Where will I park it? This is very good story telling Link to comment
