Supriyo, you forgot to include the torn items as reflections. To me, that puts the image over the top. To be sure, this image references a universe populated with somewhat ordinary objects; but the reflection adds a bit of magic and/or mystery.

Thank you, Vlad. I was wondering how others will accept this rather unconventional subject. I am glad that you like it, and given your body of work, I can totally see that you will appreciate such small things being presented from a photographic viewpoint.

Michael, thank you very much. Now when I think of it, the reflections did play a big role in my photographing this composition. They are subtle compared to the bright sugar packets, but their perceptual impact goes beyond their graphic presence.
