Well seen and composed Jack. It even looks as though your metallic couple has stopped traffic. Like Tatiana said many elements comprising this image. Good to see a new post from you...............Best Always, Holger

The couple from a metallic world seems to be holding its own against the humans across the street. Yet, Those humans are engaged in a repair project, a typical human activit, unlike the statue which is engaged in no activity at all and remains totally passive. So, there appears to be a bit of mystery built into this scene. Another thought experiment by Jack McRitchie (and another favorite)).

Hello Jack: Very interesting "slight" atmosphere change. How many of your images have been eager to be presented? A certain vacuum just has started to be filled again. I honestly haven't seen such a dynamic, moving "still" photograph. Everything is moving except for the statue. Ande the equilibrium of theft/right subjects. Genuinely a master presentation to study with care and interest. Gratefully yours. DG

Tatian, Holger, Wayne, Laurent, Michael - Thanks for taking the time to comment on this picture. The photo side of the PN seems a bit more active lately and I've noticed some old friend's names popping up after quite a long absence. Hope this continues; I'll certainly do my part to keep the ball rolling.

Radu - Good to see you around the place once again. Of course you might have sneaked in and posted something when my back was turned since I was away for over four months myself. Waiting to see some fresh views from your always amazing floral fairyland.

Daniel - Good to be back in the saddle again and once more spending much too much time on this site. Lucky I'm "semi-retired" Hopefully we can get back to the way it was in the old days when you couldn't wait to see how your latest upload had been received (without counting the "likes"!)
