frigo 4,155 Posted March 24, 2018 Greg & Verena...They are heavy!These big pieces are just about where they grew on the beach and just recently broke up during a storm at high tide.They will melt in place unless another storm hits and they are drawn back far enough offshore to float away to the open sea.Under normal tide action,they will be flooded just enough to float and move only minimally but will again get stranded as the tide receeds .....the mechanics of nature,what!Salutations-Laurent Link to comment
