My first glance at the smaller version of this marvelous image left me with the impression (bad pun, I know) that it was an experiment in pointillism. Having seen the full-size version, I still see that effect in your hair, beard, and mustache. I wonder whether you also experimented with the triangular, pyramid, blocks. Pierre, one of the aspects of your work I admire so much is your willingness to explore new and different options for your images. This inspires me to avoid feeling too comfortable with techniques I've used often. - - My best always, michael

Michael, this picture is very old and I remember that I wasn't interested in other forms and I also remember that there was a problem with this, IE, some lines appeared which I had to clone out! Thank you for your thorough exploration and nice comment! PDE
