frigo 4,155 Posted January 12, 2018 Greg & Verena,..Thank you.Yes,this is one of my favourite subjects and it sits in my portfolio under different skies. You have surely noticed the disappearance of the eye-leading picket fence;it was taken down last summer as it was falling apart and I was hoping for a replacement, but instead,a row of large quarry stones was installed to circumscribe the limits of the cemetery....not very eye-pleasing but under blowing snow conditions, creates the photo friendly white slivers.Salutations-Laurent Link to comment
setsail728 15 Posted January 13, 2018 Laurent,You are a master of photographing this and similar buildings from a low perspective. The lines in the snow leading the eye to the subject church are just great! I guess your “usual” brilliant cloud formations were no shows that day. No matter though! Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted January 13, 2018 Warren,..Thank you. When it's this cold,we usually have clear skies,so the drifts signed in as replacement for the clouds.Glad you like!Salutations-Laurent Link to comment
