frigo 4,155 Posted May 27, 2017 Hi Wayne,..A fairly common scene here;our fish plants are some distance away,so to keep the lobster at its freshest,it is transfered from the boats' flooded bins to these crates and immediately pushed in the water until all the boats are in when it is loaded to be trucked to the plants.For longer keep(say overnight),the crates are set in that floating plateform(float)which has doors on top and a grill underside structure....makes for good photo opportunities.Glad you like.Salutations-Laurent Link to comment
