Laclede's white horse

An historic district in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, USA, Laclede’s Landing is part of an original settlement founded by the Frenchman Pierre Laclede in the mid 1800’s. As I sipped my wheat beer on the corner of Morgan and North 2nd St. this beautiful, majestic animal rounded the corner so close it seemed to be joining me.
