You know what Jack, the white line and the railing behind the car adds a lot to this photo. It gives an acute sense of motion to the car. The warm backdrop with the silhouette in it establishes a connection with the car by juxtaposition, when there may not be any. The tall tree on the right serves to balance the composition. I like the clever use of rectangles and lines.

I get a strange sense of perfect lines and geometry arrangement. The warm orange-yellow light seems to be embracing the cold white car in the most protective way.

As others have pointed out the geometry is lovely, but there is something else here: the pearly tones and the figure on the right suggest there is magic in the air.

I like Supriyo's comment and I can identify with it. For what it is worth, the strong orange color surrounded by subdued colors attracted my attention immediately. It is an effective color contrast when combined with the human interest makes this a winner IMHO.

I'm also picking up on the sense of magic here, and the sense of motion. The clear details on the car contrasted with the motion blur of the figure and soft focus of the background made my eye initially read this as a panned image of a moving car, and the white lines of the guard rail and lane markings play into that sense perfectly--the guard rail even acts as kind of a contrail. And on top of that, the early morning light has suppressed the shadow contrast, which means that the car seems to be floating above the street, centered over the path indicated by those ambiguous street markings. It's a pretty amazing illusion.
