Wayne Sadler 591 Posted October 11, 2016 As best I can tell, this is a seawall built to protect the oldHatteras Lighthouse that was eventually moved in 1999 to its currentlocation. Along this wall the ocean does an amazing dance with eachcrashing wave. Comments and critique appreciated. Link to comment

harlequin 0 Posted October 11, 2016 Nice capture of the crashing wave. I would be tempted to crop most of the bottom off to further emphasize the water. Good color. Link to comment

gregverena 343 Posted October 11, 2016 Wayne, well, it's ok with the PP, but , frankly I would have preferred to see the real thing, which seems dramatic enough. Not a criticism, just a personal preference. G Link to comment
Wayne Sadler 591 Posted October 12, 2016 Greg & Verena,Many thanks. No offense taken and your point is well taken. The real thing is interesting. I may post. (I realized crashing water is difficult to really "see" unless "extended/slowed down" in someway. Link to comment
