All the elements work together so beautifully here, and I'm enjoying it on many levels. The first thing that caught my attention was the way the cool hues of the buildings set off the warm hues of the sky, and how the streetlamps carried the yellows into the heart of the sky, and how the tail lights and reflections on the wet pavement connect the foreground and background colors. I feel like you've got complete control over where I'm looking here, and I'm enjoying the trail of discovery you're leading me along--I follow the line of the tail lights, traffic pylons and brick wall to discover what looks like a graffiti artist, then find the silhouetted people on the right, then follow the horizon and discover the beautifully silhouetted couple in the center--nice "aha!" moment there. I'm also very much enjoying the way the motion blur helps lead deeply into the image as the blur decreases the closer we get to the center. And I also very much appreciate the darkness in the foreground--it makes me have to work to uncover its secrets, and every time I look again I find more.
