This is a very nice composition. The overall colour looks like it was shot using a B+W ND1000, which possibly adds ti the sunset "warmth" but I'm not wholly convinced by the tones of this shot, they don't look quite natural enough for my taste.

The long exposure and composition are perfect! Maybe a bit heavy on the graduated filter, but if this was added digitally you can always make an adjustment if you chose to.
