Amazing POV and composition . . . The dark tonality and texture really adds to the stateliness of this Town Hall.  You did a wonderful job with lighting control, so that there are hints of white in the clock face, the flag pole, and the flag.  Also, the branches on the left help to keep a viewer's gaze centered on the subject.

This  image is  much better  then the  previously  commented  image, with  a problem on the sky.  It is a strong image in a dark mood, I like the composition too.   IMO,  the branches  do not  disturbing the  composition.
