Beautiful Stamens

I was both surprised and delighted by this huge Lily when I

discovered it at one of my favorite Garden Centres a few summers

ago. The Stamens were so large and hung so beautifully. While the

US Eastern States try to dig out from the huge snow storm this

weekend, I will hope for sunnier days that hopefully make us all think

of warmer days ahead. :)Gail

This brings a smile to my face -- here, in the middle of snowy winter.  I love the stunning composition and colors that jump off the screen.  I love winter, so the relief is just looking at another form of beauty.  Nicely done!

Gorgeous Gail. Just the inspiration I need to put on 3 layers of winter clothes and shovel my cars out from under 26" of snow from our blizzard just past. I'll be thinking of better days in that garden center with each shovel full. Heh!!!
