I noticed this image on pn's homepage, since it was selected as today's POTD.  Congratulations!  It's also going into my favorites.

There's a magical quality to it, based - among other things -on how the tree is framed in somewhat of an odd way by the arch in the foreground.  The way the spotlights on the ground as well as those in the curved wall illuminate the tree is another such element.  And there is a fascinating geometrical contrast among the arch, the wall in the background, and the structures in front of and behind the tree.  In summary, the image immediately pulled me in and kept me centered on it for quite a while.
