Ooooh Yes! I like this, The trees are almost shimmering in the light and the subtle changes in the background vegetation colours and textures are really attractive too.

Very well done Len!

Best Regards

Thanks.  I was checking out a new eco-park from a  pathway (runs around a small pond about 100 ft or so across) and when I got to the other side the back light lit up the leaves on these trees so impressively that I had to invest a couple of frames.  This one was my favourite.  I felt it best not to include the water in the foreground.  Just looked better to me.  There were some fresh deer tracks there too, likely from the AM. So, might be worth staking out if I can ever get up that early. :-)  Best, Len.

Next time I'll include something of known size for scale.  I think this one would have been a bit larger than the ones in your recent post but who knows?  Thanks for keeping me honest.  :-)  Best, Len.

Thanks for your visit & comment.  Just a glimpse of the vegetation in my area.  Can be considered bland if not lit properly.  Best, Len.

Your visit & comment has made my day.  Always a treat to hear from someone who walks the walk.  (had a quick cruise through your portfolio)  This was my favourite shot of a dozen or so I took at this newly commissioned smallish nature preserve.  As I've previously indicated, the back lighting of the trees made all the difference with this shot, saving it for my 'keeper' file instead of the trash bin.  Best, Len.
