Dark night in Valletta

A dark and spooy night in the Capital of Malta. By the way, Valletta is

a very safe and nice city. Comments and ratings are appreciated.

A very nice "gritty" image. I am however slightly bothered by the excessive noise in the shadows. Cleaning that up (not all of it, just some) would greatly improve this image, IMO, as the composition and colors are fantastic.

Thank you, Craig, for good comments and interesting points of view. It is debatable, but I've let the noise be there intentionally. I even considered adding noise, but I did not. I think the noise helps to emphasize the creepy and wet mood of the image. It was a foggy and rainy night.
