They are lovely and what a moment you captured. They almost have the same colouring - I am figuring they are mates, but I can't figure out which is the female?? do you know if there is much difference between the sexes in their plumage?

Gail - as much as i know about the european bee eater the female is a bit pale chested.but here i think they are two mature fledglings which about to leave soon to africa.
