The Midges were voracious that morning,but the shots made the blood

loss bearable.

Your a brave man to risk the wrath of the mighty midges, but the result was definitely worth it!  Love the textures in the foreground rocks and the nicely times shutter speed!

Hi Douglas,

Congrats for your wonderful work !! This composition is awesome, you've find the perfect angle and perspective, excellent details and beautiful color tones ! The processing of the photo is also great ! I like the dramatic background and how the curve shapes are combining with the straight ones...
