I really like the foreground detail and the reflections, maybe you darkened the sky a little too much, but the overall effect is pleasing.

This is one of my favorite locations.  You were fortunate to get this stormy day.  The B&W is most effective.  Nicely done.  It might be interesting to sharpen just the mountains a little more. Certainly, this is a matter of personal choice.  Excellent image.  Larry
