Thanks for viewing/comments! ... After lunch (some bird) he perch for a while.

Someone found a site that stated there are about 16,000 of this bird in the US currently

and at one time they was endanger due to pesticide. When this bird dives a speed of

200mph can be reached and a nickname of 'Duck Hawk' was given since he's known

for taking duck / any bird ... in-flight

The Peregrine is a magnificent bird.  There's a promontory in the Smoky Mountains where you can go and, even if you don't see them, can hear their calls.  Beautiful... Mike

Thanks Mr. Mancil! I think I will seek critique from now on, lol. I've seen enough blurry image rated higher than a sharp image. I will have fun no matter what but I think there are some mean and untruthful people out there, lol.

 

Thanks Harry! He's quite bold, this afternoon he perched on a tree 15, 20 feet from  a heavily traffic trail in La Jolla and does not care with all sort of people taking photo of him (with PS cameras) . Almost like a zoo (even though he's wild).
