The lighting is great and the image looks quite natural and spontaneous (unlike a lot of wedding type shots) not that I'm any kind of expert : - ) 

The only suggestion I would make is to crop the left of the image which will dispense with the lamp and the item in the lower left corner. I think that will place more emphasis on the happy couple. Great title too!
