I like the clean lines and symmetrical shape, it's like something straight out of a Sci-Fi movie! 

I wonder if a little less foreground would give the building more impact?

Splendid and elegant work!

Yes, the tones are wonderful!  I love the perfect symmetry of the building, with *just* enough asymmetry in the background to keep the whole thing from feeling too stifling (thinking mainly of the 2 "holes" at the base of the building.  The foreground works fine for me, as it has its own geometric element leading straight to the building; and because it gives the building some needed breathing room; and also because I think it results in a more satisfying composition with adherence to some nice "rule of thirds" placement of elements. Really enjoyable, all the way around.
