Interesting picture, but, what it is?

This is an example of a deliberately 'out-of-context' image.  There is no sure point of reference for your brain to use to evaluate what it is seeing.

Basically, this is a form of visual illusion.  There is no 'anchor' for the mind to connect the objects in the scene.

What is it?  It is two 'things' with another something apparently near them.
