Trish's Dish

My wife Trish likes to take care of me so she feeds me well. Lunch always is a

salad like this that I top off with beans, and sunflower and/or hemp seeds.

No category for food, so I picked "flower" since it kinda sorta almost looks like

a flower.

Very nicely done. The colors, shapes, and textures all work very well together.

Excellent photo, vibrant and real.  But, what does your wife have against you?  This is sooo healthy it could kill you ;-)... Mike

This is way too healthy to be a Scottish dish. If you had described this image to me, I would have told you I wouldn't like it. However, like it I do.

now, you have no excuse not to be healthy!  Hope you enjoyed eating it as much as  you did photographing... what was for dessert??

G&V, Trish makes awesome pies!  Strawberry Rhubarb is one of our favorites when we find scarce rhubarb.  But it was peach cobbler last night which often is made with mango instead of peach.  I'm blessed to have a partner like Trish.
