Perfect timing and the detail, along with the b/w work, is superb of these two cute knee-knockers...  Mike

I react the same way when 'Lunch' is announced.  Why would I expect my Grandchildren to behave differently?  :-)  Good to get your opinion on this family favourite.  Best, LM.

Thanks for adding your take to this offering.  These are two of my favourite subjects.  Good timing is enhanced when your camera is set for 'continuous' shooting.  And B&W is a favourite of mine for people photos. (though I don't get anal about it).  :-)  Best, LM.

The laughter of children ... You have captured a beautiful moment, Len, to keep in the family album. I like the square format and composition.  The black and white is an excellent choice!

Kind Regards,

Rosario.

Even without others' validation this one would be a favourite for the family album though it's always a bonus when others share my enthusiasm for a shot. The square format keeps the attention on the kids and not their surroundings.  Wouldn't want anything to compete with the joy on their faces.  See my bias for B&W in my answer to Mike, above.  This is the way I've printed it.  Thanks for your visit & observations.  Best, LM.

I was referring to 'Continuous' frame shooting but was probably in Continuous Focusing mode as well.  One allows a burst of frames (takes shots one after another as long as the shutter button is held down)  and the other allows the camera to continuously focus on moving subjects.  Thanks for your visit.  Best, LM.

Relaxing?  Boy, it's plain to see you haven't spent a day trying to keep up with these two dynamos.  :-)  I do, however, agree with the rest of your statement.  I'm very pleased with the result.  Thanks for joining in on this discussion.  Best, LM.

Relaxing for a side watcher, like myself, who cares about those "involved in the situation", ha, ha, ha!

Cheers to that

Strange, isn't it?  When joy is shared there's more of it, not less.  :-)  Thanks for the visit.  Best, LM.

Excellent well detailed and well timed shot! Framing and composition is perfect too (Any cropping?)  Very infectious smiles and the body language tells me they were ready for lunch!  Hope you managed to keep them entertained and well fed for the rest of the day : - )

Very well done Len!

Best Regards

Sorry I missed your comments.  Must have been sleeping. :-(  Alf, cropped from horizontal colour original.

G&V, I love the spontaneity and naturalness of children.  Thanks to all for your comments.  Best, Len.
